21 NCAC 06O .0108         INSPECTIONS OF SHOPS AND SCHOOLS

The presumptive civil penalty for refusing to permit or preventing the inspection of a barber shop or barber school:

(1)           1st offense            $150.00

(2)           2nd offense           $300.00

(3)           3rd offense           $500.00
